December 2007 marked the 20th anniversary of the signing of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty in Washington by Presidents Mikhail Gorbachev and Ronald Reagan. On the occasion of this anniversary, The World Political Forum and the John F.
