He graduated in Philosophy at the University of Turin and then attended the School of Journalism in Urbino. He is professional journalist since 1994. He was press officer of the President of Piedmont Region and in 1990 he became Head of the Press Office of Piedmont Region. In 1996 he was appointed Head of Cabinet, Manager of Institutional Relationships and Communications of the Province of Turin. Since 2005 he is Head of Cabinet of Piedmont Region and since 2005 to 2007 Director of Piedmont Region’s Museum of Natural Sciences. Since January 2006, director of the Institutional Communication of Piedmont Region. Moisio has taught at the faculties of Communication and Political Science of the University of Turin, and is the author of books and the director of many reviews.
