Professor of International Law and of European Union Law, Faculty of Law, University of Turin. Director of the LLM in International Crime and Justice (University of Turin and UNICRI, the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute). Former Dean of the Faculty of Political Sciences and International Relations of the University of the Valle d’Aosta, and former Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Turin. Associate Senior Research Fellow, Istituto per gli Studi di Politica Internazionale (ISPI), Milan. Member of the Council of the Italian Society of International Law (SIDI - ISIL), and member of the Italian Society for International Organisation (SIOI), and of its Committee for Human Rights (Rome). Full Member of the International Institute of Humanitarian Law. Author of books on International Economic Institutions and on International Humanitarian Law, and of essays and articles on various issues of International Law, International Organisation and European Law.
