He is on the Register of Accountants and Qualified Accountants since 1981. He became an auditor in 1991 and is Expert Witness of the Judge at the Court of Alessandria and Loss Adjuster appointed by the Ministry of Labour. Frascarolo is Advisor of the Alessandria Saving Bank and President of the Board of Auditors of many societies. In 2009 he has been appointed President of the Alessandria Savings Bank.
