Graduated in law at Turin University, he attended many stages about International Law in Switzerland, United States and others foreign countries. He was a member of the First Commission in the Ministry for Industry to study competition in the Italian Economic system and, from 1977 to 1997, he was President of the University Institute of European Studies. He actually is President of CRT Foundation.
